The visit to the Basilica has reduced and variable hours, depending on the running of the masses, especially on sundays (eg, on sundays, at least until 2012 , the visit inside the Basilica is only allowed from 12:30 since before masses are held ) .

SHORE EXCURSION IN ITALY: ANCONA & LORETO

We will leave the port to go by bus to Loreto in about 50 minutes. Loreto is one of the major destinations in the world for faithful and pilgrims people, attracted here by the presence of the Holy House of Nazareth and the wooden statue of the Black Mary. The splendid Basilica, with the presence of Holy House, beautifully combines art and devotion. A lot of famous artists contributed to high caliber of this place, such as Bramante, Sangallo the, Vanvitelli, Melozzo da Forli, Luca Signorelli, Pomarancio, etc..
After the visit we'll end the shore excursions we will return to the port.
