SHORE EXCURSION IN MONACO AND MONTECARLO

The cruises can not access to the port of Villefranche, they stop in the bay 500 meters from the pier. Here we take the boats that leave every 15/20 minutes to get to the port, where we wait for our guide. We will reach our bus in about 10 minutes walking, and we will start our excursion.
From the port we will drive towards Monaco (about 35 minutes), running along the Cote d'Azur. We will leave our bus and we will take an elevator in order to reach the promontory called La Rocca, where is the Prince's Palace. From here, we will start a walking tour through the streets of the city, and we will visit the neo-Romanesque Cathedral (external visit), where are the remains of Prince Rainier and Princess Grace Kelly, Oceanographic Museum (external visit) and the streets of the old town. We will have some free time to enjoy this city, that we could spend to visit the Cathedral.
Then we will come back to our bus, to head towards Monte Carlo (just 10 minutes), making a panoramic tour, passing through the harbor area, the Formula 1 circuit, the square of the Grand Casino and the Cafe de Paris.
